The handsome stag trotted into the lands, daggers dancing upon the earth. His ebony gray banner whipped behind him, trailing along in folding movements. The slender bodice of which he held, rippled with muscles. Indeed he was showing off his grace, prepared to claim a land for the herd of which he wanted to gather. His auds were perked, fully forward to hear if any other equines occupied the beautiful land before him. There were none.
The brute titled, Bluegrass, kept onto his ginger trot. His nars flared as he arched his slender neck and looked to the ground with his dipped crania. A true arabian at heart, moving his neck into positions no other breed could pull off.
The expanse of land he was dancing upon suddenly dropped to a steep hill. A valley lay below, mountains in the distance with snow caps. Pillar forests surrounded the distance between the clearing of the valley and the mountains, a small creek running through the forest to the mountains. Everything was connected, and too amazing to bare.
Bluegrass stopped suddenly, standing atop the drop that led to the valley. He paused, everything silent except the sound of an eagle in the distance. Then with a sudden shrill cry, he jumped to his hind legs. His sharp front daggers pawed the air in dominance, his maw to the heavens. With a thud, he landed back to his original height, nars flaring once again.
This land was his.
